Maharashtra Education Society Personality Development Center’s Head Coordinator- Girija Likhite conducted session at EBSM, Mayur Colony for dedicated school van drivers and school matrons. Psychological Safety, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) were covered in this session.
The session also focused on building awareness, understanding professional boundaries, recognizing responsibilities, and fostering a safe, respectful, and child-friendly environment for every student.
